Your primary responsibility will be to foster and grow a vibrant ecosystem of early adopters, researchers, and developers, ensuring their deep engagement with our mission to drive progress at the bleeding edge of possibility. • • You will be instrumental in crafting and orchestrating experiences that facilitate deep connections between our users, our team, and the broader community. This involves establishing and executing a comprehensive strategy for supporting developers, researchers, and enterprises who are keen on gaining more control over their AI applications. Your efforts will directly contribute to building and nurturing Adaption's developer community spaces, including our Discord server and forums, from their inception.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to actively manage these community platforms, providing timely answers to user queries, meticulously capturing feedback, and translating it into actionable insights and issues for our technical and product teams. You will be the bridge between our community and our internal development efforts, ensuring that user voices shape the future of our technology.
• • Furthermore, you will be responsible for organizing and leading a diverse range of community engagement initiatives. This includes planning and executing meetups, hackathons, interactive office hours, and live streaming events designed to introduce Adaption to new developer audiences and foster a sense of belonging and collaboration.
• • You will proactively collaborate with external developer groups, academic institutions, accelerators, and open-source communities to co-host events and amplify high-quality content, thereby expanding our reach and impact. Identifying and spotlighting the innovative work of our users and design partners through case studies, written features, and guest talks will be a crucial part of showcasing the real-world applications of Adaption's technology.
• • To ensure scalability and efficiency, you will develop and implement automations and systems that streamline community operations. The principle of "do it better the third time" will guide your approach, as you continuously seek to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.
