• • Your primary responsibility will be to act as the central conduit between business stakeholders and the engineering teams. This involves actively gathering business requirements, delving into the nuances of user needs and operational challenges, and meticulously translating these insights into clear, concise, and actionable requirements, user stories, and technical tickets. You will be the champion for clarity, ensuring that technical teams fully grasp the 'why' behind each feature or change, while simultaneously enabling business teams to understand the 'what' and 'how' of the system's functionality and development process.

You will develop and implement simple, yet effective, workflows, specifications, meeting notes, and decision logs to ensure all teams remain synchronized and informed.
