📋 Description

• Compensation AI Evaluation Specialist (Part-Time Contractor) role focused on reviewing and improving AI-generated compensation analyses and recommendations for enterprise clients
• Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and business relevance; identifying errors and gaps; providing actionable feedback; applying compensation best practices; following evaluation frameworks; documenting findings; and collaborating with project leads

🎯 Requirements

• Based in United States
• 5+ years of experience in compensation
• Strong understanding of compensation principles including market pricing, salary structures and ranges, job architecture and leveling, compensation benchmarking, and compensation analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to provide objective, evidence-based feedback
