- • Pebl Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling innovative solutions that significantly enhance our people-related data and compensation initiatives. Your expertise will span across salary, bonus, and equity programs, delivering critical insights that directly inform compensation decisions, drive organizational development, optimize talent operations, guide workforce planning, and elevate the overall employee experience. You will collaborate closely with a variety of cross-functional teams, providing impactful compensation analyses, conducting thorough market benchmarking, developing comprehensive reporting and dashboards, supporting the annual compensation cycle, and preparing essential materials for the Compensation Committee. Your contributions will be vital to achieving Pebl’s overarching business objectives and solidifying our position as a leader in the global work platform.
- • This role operates within a fast-paced, highly visible function, demanding a proactive and analytical approach. As the primary point of contact for all compensation-related matters at Pebl, you will have the opportunity to make a substantial impact and shape our compensation strategies. While remote work is supported, there may be occasions requiring in-office collaboration to effectively support key cycles and meet critical stakeholder needs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
- • Your core responsibilities will involve close collaboration with People Operations, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and various cross-functional leaders. Together, you will deliver timely and accurate compensation insights and recommendations. This includes conducting in-depth market benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness, performing internal equity analyses to foster fairness, supporting promotion and mid-year compensation reviews, providing essential support for the annual compensation review process (including merit increases and incentive distributions), and generating accurate, leadership-ready reports that inform critical workforce decision-making.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to design, build, and maintain robust compensation datasets, comprehensive reporting and summary outputs, and intuitive stakeholder-facing tools. This includes developing dashboards, scorecards, charts, and heatmaps that visualize complex compensation data. You will also be responsible for documenting compensation programs, processes, and plans, ensuring clarity and consistency. A key deliverable will be owning the end-to-end Compensation Committee deck and materials, guaranteeing their accuracy and alignment with broad-level standards to ensure reliability and scalability across the organization.
- • You will play a crucial role in optimizing our compensation structures, pay programs, benchmarking methodologies, reporting workflows, and system-enabled processes. This includes identifying and implementing improvements in tool and system integrations to enhance market competitiveness, internal equity, scalability, user experience, data integrity, and overall accuracy in compensation decision support. Your efforts will directly contribute to making Pebl’s compensation practices best-in-class.
- • Leading by example, you will uphold the highest standards of data accuracy, analytical rigor, and confidentiality. You will ensure that compensation standards are consistently applied and aligned with company objectives and prevailing market practices. This commitment to excellence will build trust and provide a solid foundation for our compensation strategies.
- • Furthermore, you will evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of new compensation and analytical tools designed to improve scalability, enhance user experience, and bolster data integrity. This includes the ongoing maintenance and support of the compensation module within our HiBob HRIS system and managing critical integrations with ADP for payroll and our equity management system. Your technical acumen will be key to ensuring our systems are optimized and effectively support our compensation goals.
- • You will conduct detailed analyses and maintain compensation data by leveraging market surveys and industry data from reputable sources such as Radford and Mercer. This analysis will be used to develop and refine compensation structures and pay programs, ensuring that leadership receives clear, decision-useful information. Your work will guarantee that compensation outcomes accurately reflect both internal equity and external market competitiveness, providing a strategic advantage in talent acquisition and retention.
- • By joining Pebl, you will be part of a company that is revolutionizing global employment. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of empowering businesses to hire, pay, and manage talent anywhere in the world, removing barriers and enabling confident global growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your compensation expertise in a high-impact role within a rapidly growing, innovative organization.
