📋 Description

• • As a Compensation Partner at Deliveroo Holdings plc, you will play a critical role in shaping reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across a global, fast-moving marketplace. Your expertise will directly support the company’s mission to transform how people shop and eat by ensuring compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.
• • Day to day, you will provide strategic advisory to leaders and People Partners on complex compensation challenges, design and scale sales incentive plans and long-term incentives like RSUs, conduct market intelligence research to inform global reward programs, deliver data-led insights on compensation trends and risks, and support the integration of compensation processes into Workday to enhance operational efficiency.
• • You will join the Reward team within Deliveroo’s People function — a group of specialists dedicated to building innovative compensation and benefits structures. The team operates in a collaborative, values-driven environment focused on creating a workplace where brilliant minds thrive, and you’ll partner with global commercial teams across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt.
