- • Evaluate the precision and real-world relevance of AI suggestions concerning competition law analysis, case assessments, and legal documentation.
- • Design and develop real-world scenarios and case studies grounded in your professional experience in competition and antitrust law to train AI models.
- • Generate diverse scenario variations that incorporate best practices, compliance standards, and risk considerations specific to competition law jurisdictions in the EU and UK.
- • Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations in AI-generated legal content and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve model performance.
- • Guide AI systems in understanding and correctly applying key competition law principles, including market definition, abuse of dominance, merger control, and state aid rules.
- • Contribute to the refinement of AI tools designed to support legal professionals in competition law workflows, ensuring outputs align with regulatory frameworks and judicial precedents.
- • Work asynchronously and remotely on a freelance basis, delivering high-quality inputs within flexible weekly hours of 8–20.
- • Participate in onboarding and training via the 10x Team AI Academy to align with evolving AI training protocols and confidentiality standards.
- • Collaborate within a dynamic community of legal experts contributing to AI labs, with project assignments triggered by unpredictable demand from AI research teams.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding AI Lab projects, as work may involve sensitive, unpublished research directions and proprietary training data.
- • Respond rapidly to project requests, which may require delivery within 24 hours of notification, depending on AI lab priorities and urgency.
- • Ensure all contributions reflect current legal standards and enforcement trends in EU and UK competition law, including recent case law and regulatory guidance.
- • Adapt feedback style to meet the technical requirements of AI training pipelines, translating nuanced legal reasoning into structured, machine-actionable inputs.
- • Maintain availability for asynchronous communication and project matching, with no guaranteed fixed schedule or continuous workload.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experienced Competition Law Specialist with a background in regulatory compliance and antitrust matters
- • Based in the EU or UK
- • Skilled in legal research, compliance analysis, and regulatory frameworks
- • Analytical, detail-focused, and able to provide clear, constructive feedback
- • Available for 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working asynchronously/remotely
