- • The Compliance Analyst II role supports CareSource’s Compliance Program by ensuring effectiveness in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance, particularly in high-risk areas related to government healthcare programs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing regulatory requirements, supporting policy and procedure development, conducting data analysis for audit and monitoring, preparing reports for leadership, investigating compliance issues, managing corrective action plans, and maintaining documentation using compliance tools.
- • The role involves collaboration with internal business owners, compliance leadership, and external regulators to interpret regulations, ensure adherence to contractual and business requirements, and represent CareSource during state regulator meetings and audits.
- • The position offers opportunities to deepen expertise in healthcare compliance, regulatory analysis, risk identification, and corrective action management while developing advanced skills in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication within a matrixed environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Minimum of three (3) years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, including at least one (1) year in Government Program products
- • Strong familiarity with government-funded healthcare programs (Medicaid, Marketplace, Medicare) and compliance standards for First Tier, Downstream, and Related (FDR) entities
- • Proven ability to conduct research and analysis of Federal, State, and industry regulatory and enforcement actions
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- • Professional communication skills for diverse audiences including leadership, legal counsel, and regulators
