- • The Compliance Analyst II role supports CareSource’s Compliance Program by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in high-risk healthcare areas, focusing on prevention, detection, and correction of noncompliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing regulatory changes, supporting policy and procedure development, conducting data analysis for audit and monitoring, preparing reports for leadership, coordinating audit activities with subject matter experts, and investigating compliance issues through root cause and gap analysis.
- • The role involves building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, attending implementation meetings, managing deliverables, and providing guidance to business areas on compliance requirements.
- • The Compliance team at CareSource is dedicated to maintaining an effective and efficient compliance program that identifies, prevents, detects, and corrects noncompliance, particularly in government-funded healthcare programs like Medicaid.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare compliance regulations, strengthen data analysis and reporting skills, enhance stakeholder management abilities, and gain experience in audit coordination and corrective action planning within a matrixed healthcare organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Minimum of three (3) years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, including at least one (1) year in Government Program products
- • Strong familiarity with government-funded healthcare programs (Medicaid, Medicare) and compliance standards for First Tier, Downstream, and Related (FDR) entities
- • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis of Federal, State, and industry regulatory requirements
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
