- • As a Compliance Analyst II at Optro, you will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s security compliance program by supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring day-to-day operational compliance across key areas such as policy management, control testing, awareness training, and vendor due diligence. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining Optro’s industry-leading position as a trusted audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform used by over 50% of the Fortune 500, including seven of the Fortune 10.
- • You will collaborate closely with security, IT, engineering, legal, and other cross-functional teams to assess risks, implement controls, and resolve complex compliance challenges. This role demands professional skepticism, initiative, and sound judgment as you help translate regulatory requirements into practical business procedures while supporting continuous improvement of AuditBoard’s overall security posture.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a security compliance professional with in-depth knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CMMC/NIST 800-171, SOC1/SOC2, FedRAMP, and related industry standards.
- • Proven experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, including familiarity with compliance automation tooling and practical SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are strongly preferred.
- • Demonstrated ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into operational policies, procedures, and practical guidance for business units.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven success in collaborating across global, cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- • Strong analytical abilities to collect, interpret, and present technical information to support risk-informed decision-making and control effectiveness.
