📋 Description

• • The Compliance Associate at Felix Health Inc. supports public-facing compliance activities by reviewing marketing materials, assisting with third-party agreements, and resolving customer inquiries to ensure adherence to Canadian regulations and company standards.
• • Day to day, the role involves reviewing creative assets, copy, email content, and social posts for compliance with laws on drug advertising, privacy, and consumer protection; assisting with third-party engagements; supporting customer escalations; collaborating with clinical, marketing, and product teams; conducting legal research; and creating accessible compliance documentation for non-legal teams.
• • Felix Health is Canada’s first end-to-end digital healthcare platform offering on-demand treatment for mental, sexual, and daily health needs through assessments, lab testing, prescriptions, and discreet delivery, founded in 2019 to increase access to care via its online platform at www.felixforyou.ca.
• • The person in this role will develop expertise in Canadian healthcare compliance, build practical skills in regulatory review and cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to shaping a strong compliance program in a fast-growing, mission-driven health tech startup.
