📋 Description

• • As Compliance Director for BRIE (Builder Reciprocal Insurance Exchange), you will lead and build out compliance operations for a member-focused reciprocal insurance exchange dedicated to providing builder-sourced homeowner insurance nationwide. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory adherence while supporting BRIE’s mission of long-term value and community-driven insurance solutions.
• • Day to day, you will monitor and communicate legislative and regulatory changes, oversee regulatory reporting (including NAIC filings, consumer complaint handling, and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance), develop and enforce compliance policies and procedures, deliver compliance training programs, and build AI tools to scale compliance monitoring across operations.
• • You will join Baldwin Technology Company Inc., a mission-driven organization where BRIE operates as a reciprocal exchange prioritizing member needs over shareholder profits. The team emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and standing together in times of need, with Millennial Specialty Insurance, LLC serving as the insurance service provider.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Property & Casualty insurance compliance, lead strategic initiatives involving AI-driven compliance tools, influence senior leadership on regulatory trends, and help shape the compliance framework of a growing national insurance exchange rooted in ethical, member-centric values.
