- • A Compliance Intern role at iRhythm Technologies offers a career-defining opportunity to support the Ethics & Compliance team while contributing to the company’s mission of improving cardiac health globally.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting due diligence reviews, supporting hotline investigation interviews, performing benchmarking analysis of compliance programs, researching emerging compliance trends (including AI in business operations), maintaining compliance repositories, monitoring social media for reputational risks, reviewing policies for regulatory alignment, identifying Code of Conduct gaps, assisting with privacy projects, and supporting additional compliance and legal initiatives as assigned.
- • The Ethics & Compliance team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering innovations that improve patient care and uphold the highest standards of corporate ethics and regulatory adherence.
- • The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate compliance, investigations, risk assessment, and policy development; develop research, writing, and presentation skills; receive mentorship from legal and compliance professionals; and build practical expertise in a regulated healthcare technology environment, positioning them for future success in law, compliance, or corporate governance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program (1L, 2L, or 3L)
- • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- • Proactive and eager to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges
