- • As a Compliance Manager at Alkami Technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company meets regulatory and contractual obligations as a technology service provider to U.S. banks and credit unions, directly supporting the integrity and trustworthiness of Alkami’s digital banking platform.
- • Day to day, you will assist in coordinating SOC and PCI audits, support ongoing compliance monitoring through control validations, lead compliance-related projects, and manage policies using GRC tooling while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial services compliance, gain hands-on experience with leading GRC and cloud technologies, and contribute to high-impact audit and risk initiatives that shape the company’s security and trust posture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
- • 5+ years of experience driving and executing compliance programs for regulatory requirements such as FFIEC, GLBA, SOC, PCI, NIST, SOX, CIS, or NCUA guidelines.
- • Proven experience leading and managing SOC (SOC 1/SOC 2) and PCI DSS compliance programs, including audit planning, evidence preparation, remediation tracking, and executive-level reporting.
- • 2+ years of experience in the digital banking or financial services industry.
- • Strong knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines, technology controls, and technical familiarity with IAM, SIEM, AWS, and Google Cloud hosting.
- • Exceptional attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to cooperating with highly skilled teams.
