- • The Compliance Manager plays a vital role in supporting Allstate’s Accident and Health business by delivering practical, business‑focused compliance guidance, ensuring the organization understands and meets all regulatory expectations.
- • Day to day, the role involves evaluating new laws, coordinating compliance projects, assessing processes for risk, implementing controls, developing training, and providing guidance to business areas on complex compliance issues.
- • The role is part of Allstate, a company with over 90 years of innovation in protecting families, known for leadership in pricing, telematics, and device and identity protection, operating with a mission to protect what matters most.
- • In this role, the individual can develop expertise in healthcare compliance, influence enterprise-wide risk management, build strategic partnerships across business units, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Allstate’s compliance program while gaining exposure to federal and state regulatory landscapes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years of experience in compliance or related field
- • Experience working with Medicare regulations and HIPAA requirements
- • Ability to evaluate new laws and assess their impact on business processes
- • Skill in developing and delivering compliance training for employees and leaders
- • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and building strategic partnerships
- • Capability to monitor regulatory changes and update policies and procedures
