• We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented compliance professional to strengthen our Compliance program through oversight of medical records operations and external audit coordination.
• Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Compliance Manager will lead day-to-day medical records activities, oversee vendor and team performance, and manage external audits from intake through findings and remediation closure.
• This role will partner closely with Legal, Privacy, Clinical, Financial Operations, Partnerships, and other business stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are translated into practical, sustainable processes.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, solutions-oriented, and experienced in healthcare compliance, privacy, records management, and audit oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related professional experience in managing or coordinating external audits, regulatory reviews, or similar oversight activities AND 5+ years of related professional experience in healthcare privacy, medical records, release-of-information processes, or health information management
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, compliance, or a related field
• Experience collaborating with business and other key stakeholders (i.e. Legal) on compliance concerns and risks
• Strong and concise communication skills, verbally and in writing
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience interpreting regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements and translating them into practical processes
