- • As a Compliance QA Analyst II, you will be instrumental in evaluating the effectiveness of our compliance programs, specifically focusing on Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and customer screening processes.
- • Your primary responsibility will involve conducting thorough Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of EDD and screening cases, meticulously assessing them against a defined quality rubric to guarantee adherence to established internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- • You will be a key player in identifying areas for improvement by providing clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to agents based on your QA findings. This feedback loop is critical for agent performance enhancement and overall team development.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ Years hands-on experience in executing QA, Audit, or Compliance Testing programs across a diverse range of financial services/products.
- • Experience in working across multiple AML systems and programs (e.g., experience in combinations of Complaints, KYC, AML, TMS, and sanctions).
- • Working knowledge of BSA/AML laws, regulations, and rules for financial services/products.
- • Strong written/verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- • Highly-motivated, analytical, organized, innovative, and adaptive.
- • Intermediate to advanced level in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
