- • Own the end-to-end multi-channel outreach engine for Sword Predict, an AI-powered system that flags high-risk members months before they might need costly MSK or pelvic surgery. You will be the single-threaded owner who conceives, builds, deploys, and optimizes every campaign that convinces these members to choose Sword’s digital-first care over traditional pathways.
- • Ship 3-5 new campaign experiments every week across email, SMS, direct mail, and AI-powered concierge conversations. You will personally write the copy, code the HTML/CSS, configure the journeys in Iterable (or similar), and QA every send—no hand-offs, no waiting.
- • Translate complex clinical features into crisp, persuasive member benefits. You will develop deep fluency in all Sword products (Thrive, Bloom, Move, Mind) and craft segment-specific value propositions that resonate with distinct risk profiles, demographics, and psychographics.
- • Rapidly iterate using rigorous A/B and multivariate testing. You will design statistically significant experiments on subject lines, send-time, creative, channel mix, and AI conversation flows; kill under-performers within days and double-down on winners.
- • Engineer AI concierge conversations that feel human. You will prompt-engineer GPT/Claude agents, establish voice & tone guardrails, and continuously refine conversation logic to maximize call-booking and enrollment while staying HIPAA-compliant.
- • Build and maintain a living content library—email templates, SMS snippets, DM packages, landing pages, and AI prompt playbooks—that the entire Growth org can reuse at scale. Your assets will power 10k+ contacts per month without quality decay.
- • Instrument every touchpoint for closed-loop attribution. You will tag links, set up event tracking, build Looker dashboards, and present weekly read-outs that show clear ROI: opens → clicks → calls booked → enrollments → first sessions → sustained engagement.
- • Collaborate daily with Customer Success, Enrollment Strategy, Product, Data, and Engineering to align messaging, surface new member insights, and unblock technical hurdles. You are the connective tissue that turns cross-functional knowledge into higher conversions.
- • Champion compliance and member empathy at speed. You will ensure every campaign meets HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and state telehealth regulations while never losing sight that recipients are real people dealing with real pain.
- • Drive measurable impact: 20 % lift in enrollment conversion within 90 days, 10+ concurrent experiments running smoothly, and a scalable process that lets Sword Predict reach millions of members without adding headcount.
