📋 Description
- • The Configuration Analyst role at Gravie supports the building and maintenance of benefit categories, health plans, and adjudication logic that power health plans for small and midsize businesses, directly contributing to Gravie’s mission of creating health benefits that actually benefit employees.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing benefit plan documents to build benefit categories and adjudication rules, reviewing member accumulators and loading benefit logic, evaluating claims and benefit issues, utilizing multiple applications, supporting cross-functional teams during implementations and renewals, managing configuration inventory queues, completing audits for group and plan builds, and monitoring team mailboxes.

- • In this role, the analyst will develop expertise in claims configuration and health plan administration, gain hands-on experience with level-funded plan designs and adjudication logic, and grow their career in healthcare operations through collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in claims processing, benefit configuration, or related healthcare operations
- • Knowledge/experience with level-funded plan designs
- • Understanding of benefit plans, accumulators, and basic adjudication concepts
- • Ability to set priorities, manage time, and work independently
- • Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
- • Familiarity with claims processing systems, particularly Javelina (extra credit)
