- • As a Configuration Specialist at Lindus Health, you will play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of life-saving treatments by ensuring clinical trials are configured accurately and efficiently on Citrus, our proprietary platform. Your work directly impacts trial timelines, data integrity, and patient safety, making you a key contributor to our mission of transforming clinical research.
- • Day to day, you will: set up studies on Citrus based on approved specifications, including configuring data collection forms, participant schedules, logic rules, and user access; run automated validation checks to confirm builds match design specifications before go-live; coordinate testing with internal teams and sponsors by writing test scripts, tracking issues, and ensuring resolution prior to sign-off; implement approved changes to live studies while maintaining compliance and accuracy as trials evolve; manage go-live activities by verifying system readiness and confirming operational stability before declaring a study live; collaborate closely with Deployment, Solutions Architecture, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot configuration challenges; maintain detailed documentation of study builds, test results, and change logs for audit readiness; and support continuous improvement of configuration processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
- • You will join the Deployment team, a mission-driven, cross-functional group responsible for bringing clinical trials to life on our Citrus platform. This team operates at the intersection of clinical operations, software, and regulatory compliance, working in a fast-paced, ownership-oriented culture where initiative and precision are valued. Lindus Health fosters a collaborative, no-ego environment where smart, driven individuals break down silos, embrace creativity, and are empowered to shape the future of clinical trials.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical trial technology, regulated environments, and end-to-end study configuration. You’ll gain hands-on experience with a proprietary healthtech platform, strengthen your skills in validation, compliance, and stakeholder coordination, and build a foundation for growth into senior technical or implementation roles within healthtech, clinical operations, or regulated software delivery.

- • Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks without losing track of priorities or deliverables
- • Familiarity with regulated or quality-focused environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, life sciences)
- • Strong communication and coordination skills for collaborating with internal teams and external sponsors
- • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where initiative and problem-solving are expected
