📋 Description

• This is a detail-oriented, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of data management and relationship stewardship.
• The right candidate will bring a methodical mindset, strong Salesforce experience, leadership discernment, and a genuine understanding of why clean data matters in a nonprofit fundraising environment.
• The Constituent Records Management Manager (Development Services) will preserve the health and integrity of all constituent records within our Salesforce CRM.
• This role owns the full data quality lifecycle — from identifying and resolving duplicate records, to enriching constituent profiles through data appends to maintaining ongoing data governance standards across the organization.
• This role will also manage a team of professionals focused on the management of data hygiene related to constituent records.

🎯 Requirements

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith
• 2+ years of experience in CRM data management, database administration, or a closely related role
• Hands-on experience working within Salesforce, preferably Salesforce NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud
