• • The Construction License Supervisor at Stronghouse Inc. is responsible for managing the company’s roofing and general contractor licensing requirements and ensuring compliance with all state, county, and municipal regulations. This role serves as the official license holder and is critical to maintaining the company’s legal ability to operate and perform construction services across multiple jurisdictions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining active licenses, coordinating license renewals and continuing education, preparing documentation for examinations and applications, monitoring regulatory changes, supporting compliance with building codes and safety standards, participating in audits and inspections, and acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and legal representatives.
