- • As an MEP Construction Manager at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced infrastructure projects for hyperscale AI data centers, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency to support the company’s mission of powering the world’s most ambitious AI workloads.
- • You will supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors, ensure MEP systems are installed on time and within budget per building codes, conduct inspections on materials and installations, develop execution plans with detailed schedules and logistics, perform quality control inspections, coordinate testing and commissioning, and travel up to 30% to oversee multiple project sites in Warrenton, MO and beyond.
- • You will join a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates every layer of the stack—from electrons to tokens—building the future of responsible, transformative AI infrastructure at global scale, working alongside experts in energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with understanding of industry codes and standards
- • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools
- • Ability to oversee large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and ambitious goals
- • Skill in building strong, productive relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- • Capability to manage multiple priorities, juggle schedules, budgets, and project details effectively
