📋 Description

• The Construction & Operations Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting a growing U.S.-based restoration and construction services company by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across operations, project management, administration, construction, restoration, and support functions.
• Day to day, the recruiter manages the full recruiting lifecycle—sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals; conducting phone and video interviews; coordinating interview schedules; maintaining candidate pipelines; tracking recruiting metrics; and supporting hiring decisions to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
• The role is part of a remote-first team supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (EST), and is ideal for a proactive, organized recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• In this role, the recruiter will develop expertise in niche construction and operations hiring, gain experience managing high-volume requisitions, improve data-driven recruiting practices, and contribute directly to organizational scalability by filling critical roles that support business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for operational, construction, restoration, project management, or skilled professional roles
• Experience managing multiple active requisitions simultaneously
• Experience conducting candidate sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific channels
• Experience conducting phone and video interviews and coordinating hiring workflows
• Experience maintaining recruiting pipelines, candidate databases, and tracking recruiting metrics
