- • As a Construction Project Specialist at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, you will support the company's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence by assisting in the development and deployment of data center infrastructure critical to powering AI workloads.
- • You will assist in managing daily construction site activities including scheduling, coordination, documentation, and vendor oversight; support senior managers with project tracking, RFI logs, submittal reviews, and contractor communications; monitor progress, identify risks or quality concerns, and escalate as needed; interface with internal and external stakeholders; participate in site walks, inspections, and punch-list generation; support budgeting and cost tracking; maintain records, drawings, and closeout documentation; and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- • You will join a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates every layer of the stack—from electrons to tokens—to solve the power bottleneck in AI compute, working alongside experts in energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- • This role offers early-career construction professionals the opportunity to grow their skills across base building and tenant improvement projects, gain full lifecycle experience in construction and infrastructure deployment, and develop expertise in mission-critical environments while contributing to high-impact AI infrastructure projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of relevant construction experience, ideally with exposure to both tenant improvement and ground-up work
- • Familiarity with core construction processes including scheduling, procurement, and documentation
- • Comfortable reading construction drawings and interpreting specifications
- • Experience working with general contractors and trade partners
- • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms
