- • Analyzes new capabilities and changing business needs to inform the delivery of Information Technology solutions by investigating business operations, identifying root causes of outcomes, and articulating their impact on business performance.
- • Partners with functional experts to clearly define project scope for initiatives, continuously evaluating project alignment with business cases to prevent unnecessary investment.
- • Leads stakeholder elicitation sessions to develop, document, and articulate process flows, business requirements, and operational rules with precision and clarity.
- • Collaborates with subject matter experts to execute user acceptance testing and interpret results to inform system improvements and change management activities.
- • Provides timely, clear, and concise communication to all stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts and project progress into accessible updates.
- • Manages vendor relationships as needed for project execution and coordinates with external parties to achieve seamless system integration.
- • Summarizes project outcomes, insights, and business impacts in partnership with project stakeholders and the Director, creating executive-level deliverables for presentation to senior business leaders.

- • Mentors less experienced colleagues in business analysis methodologies, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement techniques.
- • Translates business requirements into intuitive user experiences and technical specifications, ensuring alignment between user needs and system functionality.
- • Utilizes business process modeling techniques to map and optimize workflows across applications, data, and organizational functions.
- • Works with wireframes to refine user interface design and ensure requirements are accurately reflected in system prototypes.
