• • Manages vendor relationships as needed for project execution and coordinates with external parties to achieve seamless system integration.
• • Summarizes project outcomes, insights, and business impacts in partnership with project stakeholders and the Director, creating executive-level deliverables for presentation to senior business leaders.
• • Applies comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles, technical capabilities, and organizational objectives to solve complex, large-scope problems with innovative solutions.
• • Independently manages varied projects with general guidance, ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives and are reviewed for alignment with organizational goals.
• • Contributes to the development of policies and procedures that enhance business analysis practices and operational efficiency.
• • Mentors less experienced colleagues in business analysis methodologies, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• • Translates business requirements into intuitive user experiences and technical specifications, ensuring alignment between user needs and system functionality.
• • Utilizes business process modeling techniques to map and optimize workflows across applications, data, and organizational functions.
• • Works with wireframes to refine user interface design and ensure requirements are accurately reflected in system prototypes.
