📋 Description

• As a Senior Analyst, you will be a key member of the global consulting team, working on projects across various industries, with a primary focus on strategic planning, market assessment, and commercial execution.
• You will be responsible for forming the foundation of an outstanding client experience, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• As a Senior Analyst, you will be expected to operate as an exceptional client leader and problem solver, as well as a highly collaborative internal integrator who can effectively leverage the firm's full intellectual capital, subject matter expertise, and research capabilities.
• You will work closely with the Research team to ensure that all projects incorporate the best existing learnings, editorial content, and key findings.
• The Senior Analyst's work portfolio will mirror our commercial pipeline, and is likely to be geographically diverse.
• You will have an impact both on project and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a consulting or research role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to form the foundation of an outstanding client experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of commercial planning, market assessment, and strategic execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Research team to leverage the firm's intellectual capital.
