đź“‹ Description

  • • Stepful is revolutionizing allied healthcare education, making high-demand careers accessible, particularly for underserved communities. We offer affordable, online, instructor-led programs enhanced by AI, empowering individuals to launch fulfilling careers in fields like Medical Assisting and Pharmacy Technician. Our success is evidenced by partnerships with major healthcare institutions like CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and Walgreens, building crucial talent pipelines to address the critical shortage of allied health workers. Our commitment to innovation and impact has garnered significant recognition, including being backed by prominent investors such as Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, and securing a $31.5M Series B funding round led by Oak HC/FT. Furthermore, Stepful has been celebrated as the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025 and recognized among GSV's 150 Most Transformational Growth Companies in Digital Learning.
  • • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Analyst to play a pivotal role in the successful launch and build-out of our new RN-to-BSN program. This program, a comprehensive 16-course degree completion offering, is slated for launch in July 2026. This is a hands-on content operations role, critical for ensuring a seamless transition of our existing nursing curriculum from a legacy Learning Management System (LMS) to the Stepful Classroom platform. You will collaborate closely with our Learning Program Manager and Content Developers, requiring a meticulous approach, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a strong comfort level with eLearning environments.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage the content migration process. This involves a deep dive into cataloging all existing curriculum components, creating detailed structured content entry documents that translate audited course materials into actionable build instructions for the Stepful Classroom, and directly building course content within our platform. A significant part of your role will also involve conducting thorough quality assurance reviews to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and functionality before the program goes live. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the expansion of Stepful's educational offerings and make a tangible impact on the future of nursing education.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and meticulously maintain a comprehensive Content Inventory Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet will serve as the central repository for all course content, detailing every content type, its associated grading weight, and specific migration notes on a week-by-week basis, ensuring complete visibility and traceability.
  • • Author detailed Content Entry Documents. These documents will translate the audited course materials into clear, structured build instructions, providing a precise roadmap for the Stepful Classroom content development team.
  • • Directly input and build course content within the Stepful Classroom LMS. This includes setting up lesson containers, individual lessons, and content pages, strictly adhering to the approved Content Entry Documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • • Systematically document grading schemas for each course. This involves clearly defining category weights, establishing pass thresholds, outlining late submission policies, and specifying rounding rules to ensure fair and consistent assessment practices.
  • • Perform first-pass Quality Assurance (QA) reviews using a standardized Checklist. This critical step involves verifying date configurations, adhering to naming conventions, checking system settings, ensuring link functionality, and confirming correct formatting across all content elements.
  • • Proactively identify and flag content requiring Subject Matter Expert (SME) review, recreation, or the development of workarounds. This includes identifying third-party materials, proprietary content, or LMS-specific features that may not transfer seamlessly and require special attention.
  • • Efficiently upload and link slide decks, supplementary readings, and other essential supporting resources into the Content Editor, ensuring they are readily accessible to learners.
  • • Collaborate with the Learning Program Manager and Content Developers to troubleshoot content issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content migration processes by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements based on your experience.
  • • Ensure all content adheres to Stepful's brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all content management activities.
  • • This role offers the flexibility of being fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. We expect the role to require between 20-40 hours per week, with work typically scheduled Monday through Friday.
  • • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, values collaboration, and is eager to contribute to a growing EdTech company that is making a real difference in people's lives. If you are passionate about education and possess a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
