  • • Produce and launch 5–10 new ad creatives per week across paid media platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • • Develop high-performing hooks, messaging, and visual concepts optimized for performance-driven paid channels.
  • • Rapidly iterate on creative variations to identify winning combinations of messaging, format, and audience targeting.
  • • Use AI tools to ideate, generate variations, and test content concepts at scale while maintaining quality standards.
  • • Create and edit 3–5 vertical videos per week specifically optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • • Ensure all vertical videos are designed for scroll-stopping engagement within the first few seconds of playback.
  • • Manage end-to-end video production including scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing across all platforms.
  • • Lead ongoing creative testing initiatives across paid platforms to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
  • • Analyze performance data from ad campaigns and iterate quickly to drive measurable improvements in metrics.
  • • Track and surface creative performance insights to inform future content strategy and audience targeting.
  • • Manage organic social media posting across company brand channels.
  • • Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and interactions in a consistent brand voice.
  • • Foster authentic audience growth through genuine, two-way engagement with operators, customers, and community members.
  • • Monitor social platforms for emerging trends, audience sentiment, and content engagement opportunities.
  • • Surface social listening insights to inform both organic content strategy and paid creative testing.
  • • Obsess over the voice of the customer by understanding the needs and challenges of small business operators and merchants.
  • • Create content that goes beyond surface-level messaging to address the operational and growth goals of Peek’s merchant clients.
  • • Maintain a self-directed work style, delivering high-quality creative output without constant oversight.
  • • Demonstrate natural on-camera presence and comfort representing the brand visually in video content.
  • • Leverage data to connect creative experimentation with performance outcomes and business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record creating and publishing content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms (personal, high school, or college channels accepted)
  • • Strong expertise in short-form video and vertical content formats
  • • Deep understanding of viral content mechanics, hooks, and audience psychology
  • • Demonstrated ability to produce high volumes of creative content and test rapidly
  • • Experience using AI tools for creative production, ideation, or workflow automation (or strong desire to learn and experiment)
  • • Video editing proficiency
