📋 Description

• As a Content Creator (Social Media & Video) at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital presence by producing original, trend-driven video and social content that resonates with global audiences. This role is essential for building authentic connections in competitive markets, where creative storytelling directly impacts brand visibility, engagement, and growth—making your work a core driver of the company’s outreach and customer acquisition strategy.
• You will be responsible for ideating, filming, editing, and publishing high-quality short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring each piece aligns with brand voice while leveraging current social trends to maximize reach and engagement. Your day-to-day will involve end-to-end content creation: from concept development and scripting to filming (including on-camera appearances or directing talent), editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InShot, designing graphics in Canva, scheduling posts, and collaborating with marketing teams to align content with broader campaigns.
• You will work closely with the Marketing and Social teams to develop content themes, campaign calendars, and platform-specific adaptations, ensuring consistency in messaging while experimenting with formats to identify what resonates best with target audiences. This collaborative environment fosters creativity and strategic thinking, allowing you to contribute to both tactical execution and long-term brand storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating social media and video content for brands or businesses, with a portfolio showcasing original short-form work
• Strong creative instincts and proven understanding of evolving social media trends, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana, plus experience collaborating with US or UK-based companies
• Comfortable managing the full content lifecycle independently—from concept and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance review
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand alignment across all content outputs
