- ⢠Serve as the primary on-camera host and creative force behind Clipboard Healthâs âSurprise & Delightâ social media series, appearing in 3 to 5 video shoots per week across the U.S.
- ⢠Plan, organize, and execute emotionally resonant surprise moments for healthcare workers and facilities, ranging from small gestures like flowers to large-scale experiences such as celebrity chef visits or family getaways.
- ⢠Lead end-to-end production of both short-form and long-form video content, ensuring consistent weekly publishing cadence across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- ⢠Shape the narrative and emotional arc of each video, ensuring authenticity and alignment with Clipboardâs mission to uplift healthcare communities.
- ⢠Capture authentic, unscripted reactions from healthcare workers and facility staff during surprise events, prioritizing genuine human connection over staged performances.
- ⢠Manage all aspects of content logistics including scheduling shoots, coordinating with local teams, securing permissions, and ensuring smooth on-site execution.
- ⢠Act as the official voice of Clipboard Health on social media by actively engaging with comments, direct messages, and community feedback to foster brand loyalty and trust.
- ⢠Collaborate with internal teams to scale the impact of the Surprise & Delight program by identifying high-potential recipients and locations for future campaigns.
- ⢠Draw creative inspiration from viral, wholesome social media accounts like @juixxe and @owenbytheoven to design content that is entertaining, heartfelt, and shareable.
- ⢠Travel across the United States for targeted campaigns, with most shoots occurring locally but some requiring travel to specific cities for high-impact events.
- ⢠Maintain a consistent on-camera presence that radiates warmth, authenticity, and contagious energy, mirroring the magnetic persona of creators like @nicolasnuvan.
- ⢠Ensure all content reflects Clipboard Healthâs core values: gratitude, community, and service to those who provide essential care.
- ⢠Uphold brand integrity by avoiding sensationalism and focusing on the dignity and humanity of healthcare workers in every piece of content.
- ⢠Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives set by the marketing and communications team.
