- • Day to day, the specialist will transform raw video footage into engaging reels and short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, pacing, tone, and audience expectations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, video editing, or a related creative role with a proven portfolio demonstrating ability to transform raw footage into engaging social media content.
- • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools, with strong skills in cutting, pacing, color correction, and audio synchronization.
- • Hands-on experience designing marketing assets including flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials using design platforms like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- • Demonstrated storytelling ability with understanding of narrative structure, emotional engagement, and audience-centric content development.
- • Familiarity with social media platform algorithms, best practices, and content publishing workflows (including scheduling tools) to maximize reach and engagement.
- • Strong attention to detail, self-management skills, and ability to handle multiple creative projects independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
