• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing client platform usage and engagement metrics, identifying behavioral trends, creating personalized content recommendations, communicating platform updates via email and newsletters, coordinating with internal teams to resolve client inquiries, addressing platform issues to maintain satisfaction, and sharing actionable feedback to improve content offerings and client interactions.
