- • Your core mission will be to combine established search best practices, advanced automation techniques, and the power of AI to construct robust workflows that fuel AirOps' own brand engine. You will be instrumental in executing a high-velocity, high-quality AI Search roadmap, significantly strengthening AirOps' brand visibility and market presence. This involves building sophisticated structured content systems and workflows designed to accelerate content publishing while simultaneously elevating its quality and impact.
- • You will contribute critical insights, architectural expertise, and structured publishing enhancements that foster more intelligent and data-driven content decisions across the organization. Furthermore, you will act as a champion for the emerging field of Content Engineering, producing public-facing examples and case studies that showcase best-in-class content engineering practices and set new industry benchmarks.
- • Your ultimate objective, your north star, will be to establish the definitive standard for what a 10x Content Engineer can achieve. This means building the foundational systems, optimizing workflows, and developing the technical infrastructure that positions AirOps as the definitive model for the next generation of content teams worldwide.
- • Responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical activities. In Content Strategy and Alignment, you will leverage tools like Page360, conduct comprehensive audits, and analyze performance data to meticulously guide content priorities and implement structured publishing improvements. Your efforts will directly result in measurable enhancements across key metrics, including search engine rankings, AI-generated citation performance (AEO), structured data extractability, and the adoption of AirOps workflows by internal teams.
- • In Workflow Engineering, AI Automation, and Systems, you will architect and implement critical workflows within the AirOps platform itself, covering areas such as content brief generation, content refresh cycles, publishing processes, and the creation of structured outputs, all supported by robust templates and repeatable methodologies. You will be tasked with creating cutting-edge human-in-the-loop workflows that not only streamline content operations but also provide invaluable feedback and innovation for our product development team, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- • Execution and Technical Architecture will involve hands-on implementation, including executing on-page optimization strategies and publishing content directly within our Content Management System (CMS). You will conduct thorough technical audits to identify areas for improvement and implement structured content updates.
