Your primary responsibility will be to mine our rich dataset of sales conversations to uncover groundbreaking insights that reshape perceptions of in-person selling. You will then package these insights into a variety of compelling formats, ranging from in-depth analytical articles and thought leadership pieces to easily digestible social media content and engaging video narratives.
- • This pivotal role will own Siro's entire content engine, encompassing strategy development, content creation, multi-channel distribution, and rigorous performance measurement. You will possess the strategic acumen to discern when a particular data point warrants a comprehensive 2,000-word analysis versus a concise LinkedIn carousel or a dynamic 60-second video. A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with our data science team to identify and extract patterns and trends that are truly worth sharing. You will then translate these complex findings into clear, compelling narratives that solidify Siro's reputation as the definitive authority on effective field sales strategies and best practices.
- • **Content Creation and Strategy:** Develop and meticulously execute a comprehensive content roadmap that spans multiple formats, including blog posts, video content, customer case studies, practical tools and templates, interactive product demonstrations, and insightful industry reports. You will partner closely with our data team to unearth compelling stories hidden within our conversation intelligence data and transform these raw findings into high-impact thought leadership content. Crucially, you will measure the effectiveness of all content initiatives, prioritizing efforts based on their ability to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified sales pipeline. You will also collaborate with the growth marketing team on campaign-specific content needs and strategically leverage AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency without compromising on quality.
- • **Social Media and Distribution:** Take ownership of our social media presence, curating and managing our content calendar across various platforms. You will define which stories are told, on which channels, and in what manner, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand message. Develop robust distribution and content repurposing strategies from the outset of the content roadmap planning process. Define and continuously evolve our distinct brand voice, ensuring Siro stands out in a crowded landscape of generic B2B content.
- • **Process and Team Building:** Establish streamlined content workflows, efficient production processes, and implement modern tooling to support content operations. You will be responsible for hiring and managing freelance contractors and external agencies to scale content production effectively. Serve as the primary editor for content produced across various teams, managing incoming requests and ghostwriting content with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality output.
