• • Shape the future of AI-driven crypto storytelling: As our AI Prompt Engineer for Content Creation, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge generative AI and the fast-moving world of digital assets, translating complex market data into narratives, visuals, and educational assets that inform and inspire a global audience of investors and builders.
• • Own the full prompt lifecycle: From ideation and rapid prototyping to A/B testing and performance tuning, you will design, deploy, and continuously refine prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Runway ML that reliably produce accurate, on-brand, and SEO-optimized content across articles, newsletters, market briefs, social threads, infographics, and short-form video.
• • Automate and scale with Zapier: You will architect Zapier workflows that connect our AI outputs to CMS, social schedulers, email platforms, and internal dashboards—reducing manual hand-offs, accelerating publication cadence, and ensuring every piece of content is tracked, versioned, and ready for multi-channel distribution within minutes of generation.
• • Drive visual innovation: Leverage Midjourney and Runway ML to create arresting hero images, data-driven charts, and motion graphics that demystify on-chain metrics, tokenomics, and macro trends—turning dense analytics into scroll-stopping visuals that boost engagement and comprehension.
• • Champion brand consistency and quality: Establish prompt libraries, tone-of-voice guardrails, and QA checklists so that every AI-generated asset—whether a 280-character tweet or a 2,000-word research report—feels unmistakably Token Metrics: authoritative, approachable, and forward-looking.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work hand-in-hand with quantitative analysts to extract narrative insights from proprietary datasets; partner with growth marketers to align content calendars with product launches and community campaigns; and sync with product teams to feed user feedback into prompt iterations that improve retention and time-on-platform.
• • Measure, learn, iterate: Define KPIs (CTR, read time, social shares, conversion to paid plans) and build lightweight dashboards that surface prompt-level performance. Run weekly experiments—swapping variables like temperature, persona framing, or visual style—to lift key metrics and share learnings in open, blameless retros.
• • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor emerging models, plugins, and ethical guidelines; beta-test new features; and distill findings into internal playbooks so the entire company benefits from your discoveries before they hit the mainstream.
• • Educate and elevate: Host internal “Prompt Jams” and create self-serve tutorials that upskill teammates across editorial, design, and data science—multiplying your impact and embedding prompt-thinking into Token Metrics’ DNA.

� Requirements

• • 3+ years of hands-on experience crafting prompts for large language and diffusion models (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway ML) with a public portfolio showcasing measurable content outcomes
• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Journalism, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent evidence of deep technical and editorial expertise
• • Expert-level Zapier proficiency, including multi-step Zaps, webhooks, and error handling, to automate content pipelines end-to-end
• • Proven ability to marry SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimization, schema markup) with creative storytelling that ranks and resonates
• • Demonstrated understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain fundamentals, and DeFi terminology—enough to fact-check AI outputs and inject domain nuance
