- • The Content Manager - Commercial Transactions role at LexisNexis (part of RELX PLC) is a remote, attorney-focused position responsible for developing practical legal content, tools, and solutions for legal professionals using the Practical Guidance platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and editing thought leadership and practical guidance content, supporting AI-enabled tool development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships with attorney authors, and using customer feedback and data insights to inform content strategy.
- • The team is multidisciplinary, comprising content developers, product planners, IT specialists, marketing and sales representatives, and external consultants, all working to enhance legal practitioner efficiency and satisfaction.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in commercial transactions, strengthen legal writing and analytical skills, gain experience in AI-integrated legal product development, and contribute to scalable legal solutions used by attorneys nationwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a transactional lawyer
- • Deep expertise in commercial transaction workflows
- • JD (or equivalent) with active bar membership in good standing
- • Superior writing and analytical skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI technologies, and legal research tools
- • Ability to translate complex legal concepts for diverse audiences
