  • • Create high-impact, sales-driven content tailored to three enterprise verticals: Advanced Data Solutions (ADS), Property Management (PM), and Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO), each with distinct buyer personas, sales motions, and competitive landscapes.
  • • Collaborate directly with enterprise sales teams, account managers, and product specialists to develop content that moves deals forward, accelerates pipeline growth, and improves client retention.
  • • Produce targeted content assets including case studies, whitepapers, executive briefs, competitive battle cards, proposal decks, email sequences, and landing pages that address enterprise buyer pain points and decision-making criteria.
  • • Align content strategy with enterprise sales cycles by mapping content to each stage—from awareness and consideration to decision and renewal—to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • • Translate complex data insights from AirDNA’s proprietary short-term rental dataset (covering 15M+ listings across 120,000 global markets) into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate ROI and strategic value to financial institutions, real estate firms, and vacation rental operators.
  • • Work closely with the Uplisting product team to integrate features like channel management, dynamic pricing, and financial reporting into enterprise content that showcases end-to-end solutions for property managers and operators.
  • • Maintain and update content libraries to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with evolving product offerings, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • • Measure content performance through pipeline influence, deal velocity, and client retention metrics rather than vanity metrics like page views or downloads.
  • • Serve as the primary content liaison between Marketing and the enterprise sales leadership team, ensuring content priorities are aligned with quarterly sales goals and strategic initiatives.
  • • Participate in sales calls, client meetings, and product demos to gain firsthand insight into customer objections, buying triggers, and messaging gaps that content can address.
  • • Ensure all content reflects AirDNA’s brand voice and core values: Happy, Hungry, Honest—emphasizing authenticity, curiosity, and customer-centricity.
  • • Support the creation of customized reports and dashboards for enterprise clients by collaborating with data and product teams to extract key insights for client-facing materials.
  • • Stay informed on short-term rental industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to ensure content remains timely, authoritative, and differentiated.
  • • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the enterprise sales playbook by identifying content gaps and proposing new formats or channels to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • • Work across time zones to support global enterprise clients and sales teams based in New York, Denver, Barcelona, and remote locations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience creating enterprise-level sales content for B2B technology or data-driven products
  • • Demonstrated ability to work embedded within sales teams and measure content impact on pipeline and closed deals
  • • Strong understanding of the short-term rental, real estate, or travel industry (preferred)
  • • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex data into persuasive narratives
  • • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content management tools
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities across three distinct verticals with competing deadlines
