  • • This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker and a skilled wordsmith capable of translating complex technological and industry concepts into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • • You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and refinement of a wide spectrum of high-quality marketing content. This includes, but is not limited to, insightful blog posts, authoritative thought leadership articles, persuasive campaign collateral, engaging website copy, polished executive communications, and dynamic scripts for multimedia formats such as videos and podcasts.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that are meticulously aligned with CSI’s overarching brand voice, critical business objectives, and specific marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message across all platforms.

  • • You will act as a central coordinator for the development, editing, and publication lifecycle of content across all marketing channels. This will involve close collaboration with demand generation, product marketing, digital strategy, and communications teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • • A key duty is to maintain and champion CSI’s distinct brand voice and enforce the company’s editorial style guide, ensuring a unified and professional presentation of the brand.
  • • You will actively monitor content performance by leveraging analytics tools such as Google Analytics and various SEO platforms. Insights gained will be used to collaborate with marketing teams, driving continuous improvement in content engagement and overall effectiveness.
  • • Embracing innovation, you will explore and integrate emerging tools, including AI-enabled content development solutions, to enhance content consistency, boost efficiency, and elevate overall quality.
  • • You will play a crucial role in supporting content review and approval workflows, meticulously preparing materials for final editorial sign-off and publication, ensuring a smooth and controlled release process.
  • • This role is an integral part of CSI’s dynamic Marketing organization, reporting directly to the Manager of Content and PR.
