Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end content strategy for a technical audience of DevOps engineers, SREs, platform teams, and engineering leaders, creating original market-perspective content including major research projects like the State of Reliability 2026 survey analyzing 50,000+ incidents.
- • Produce channel-native content across LinkedIn, newsletters, social threads, short-form video, and blog posts that align with technical audience expectations and drive engagement without sounding promotional.
- • Translate deep technical material from Technical Marketing Engineers and Product Marketing into accessible, compelling narratives that resonate across multiple personas and platforms.
- • Develop and maintain executive thought leadership content by transforming insights from the CEO, CPO, and engineering leadership into consistent, credible external messaging.
- • Establish and enforce editorial standards for voice, tone, and quality across all brand-published content.
- • Distribute content across key channels including LinkedIn, DevOps/ SRE communities (Discord, Slack, Reddit, Hacker News, CNCF forums), YouTube, company website, email newsletters, and resource libraries.
- • Secure and coordinate earned media placements and guest contributions in publications trusted by the target audience.
- • Optimize content for both SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure visibility in traditional search and AI-assisted discovery tools.
- • Design, build, and evolve AI-powered content workflow systems that scale single-source material into channel-specific outputs with human-in-the-loop quality control.
- • Create and refine skill-based prompts and templated workflows to maintain consistent brand voice and quality across formats and output volumes.
- • Serve as the internal standard-bearer for AI-augmented content production, continuously improving the tool stack as AI capabilities evolve.
- • Coach and support engineers, product team members, and executives to build authentic, credible external voices—particularly on LinkedIn—and help them translate technical work into compelling stories.
- • Identify and cultivate relationships with credible external voices in DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native spaces for co-created content, podcast features, and community appearances.
- • Supply content assets that fuel demand generation campaigns, including paid, outbound, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, while feeding performance data back into content planning.
- • Develop pre-event, at-event, and post-event content to extend the impact of marketing and field activities.
- • Track, analyze, and report on content performance across all channels using data to inform strategy, prioritize efforts, and justify investment.
- • Operate at high velocity across multiple channels and audience tiers—from individual contributors like platform engineers and SREs to senior leaders such as VPs of Engineering and CTOs.
- • Maintain hands-on proficiency with the current marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AirOps, and actively contribute to evolving it.
- • Demonstrate deep fluency in the DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering ecosystem—understanding concepts like DORA metrics, observability practices, incident management, and the platform engineering vs. SRE debate—to create content that earns credibility within these communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Ecosystem fluency in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering—understanding key concepts, conversations, and credibility signals in these technical communities
- • Strong content instinct to produce technically accurate, audience-resonant content that drives engagement rather than just exists
- • Multi-channel distribution expertise—knowing how to adapt the same message for LinkedIn, email, communities, and video
- • Genuine AI fluency at the workflow level—building and operating AI-assisted content systems for scalable, high-quality output
- • Hands-on proficiency with modern marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AirOps
- • Bias toward data—tracking performance metrics and using insights to optimize content strategy
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote work with flexibility across Latin America
- • Full-time position at 40 hours per week
- • Opportunity to shape content strategy for a rapidly scaling AI-driven DevOps platform
- • Direct collaboration with executive leadership, engineering teams, and technical experts
