📋 Description

• A strategic and creative role focused on leading the content strategy and quality standards for a fast-growing D2C brand, directly impacting positioning, engagement, and content performance.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include defining creative strategy, hooks, and narratives for Instagram, TikTok, blog, and paid media; writing and directing scripts for Reels and TikToks; crafting social media copy, ad campaigns, and promotional pieces; reviewing and approving content before publication to ensure creative quality; identifying and adapting relevant trends and formats; collaborating with the creative team to develop clear briefs for video and design; determining the weekly content mix based on objectives and communication pillars; adapting content and copy for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads; analyzing performance of formats and approaches by platform and audience.
• The role is based at ReHire Solutions LLC in Buenos Aires, operating in a hybrid model (3 days in-office in Villa Crespo, 2 days remote), with a dynamic, autonomous team focused on constant innovation.
• The individual will develop expertise in high-impact content creation for social platforms, refine skills in trend-driven storytelling and performance analysis, gain experience in paid social content adaptation, and grow leadership abilities in guiding creative output and briefing cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• +2 years of experience creating content for social media, preferably from the brand or e-commerce side.
• Experience writing scripts for Reels/TikToks and copy for Instagram.
• Solid knowledge of formats including Reels, carousels, stories, TikTok, blog, and paid media.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Creative judgment to evaluate hooks, storytelling, rhythm, and content structure.
• Basic knowledge of performance metrics on Instagram and TikTok.
