  • This role is pivotal in supporting content-related operations that are crucial for effective licensing, distribution, reporting, and commercial execution. You will be instrumental in assisting cross-functional teams by preparing essential reports, coordinating routine workflows, and actively contributing to the implementation of processes designed to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of operational tasks. You will assist in coordinating content partnership activities, working closely with the Legal department to support contract workflows, ensuring smooth and compliant agreements. This involves meticulous tracking and management of partnership-related documentation and processes.
  • A key aspect of your role will be to prepare and update reports or dashboards. These critical tools will track the usage, adoption, and retention of Cision's content offerings, providing valuable insights into product performance and customer engagement. Your ability to translate data into clear, actionable information will be highly valued.
  • You will also support commercial enablement efforts. This includes assisting with basic pricing activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and preparing essential materials for our customer-facing teams. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of our sales and account management functions.
  • Collaboration with Product and Technology teams will be another significant part of your day-to-day. You will partner with them on rollout tasks, providing crucial data inputs and administrative support to ensure the successful launch and integration of new content features and platforms.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve data accuracy within content operations workflows is a core objective. You will be encouraged to think critically about existing procedures and propose enhancements that lead to greater efficiency and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Data/Information Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business operations, data reporting, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated interest in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exposure to content licensing, product operations, or commercial enablement in a business setting (preferred).
