• • You will be the linchpin for accurate system setups, providing real-time support during live events, and proactively coordinating with instructors. • • A significant part of your responsibility will involve **Webinar Moderation and Delivery Support**. This includes actively moderating live webinars to ensure smooth delivery, which entails closely monitoring the chat for participant engagement and questions, managing the overall audience experience to foster a positive learning environment, and expertly guiding timing and transitions between speakers or segments. You will also provide critical real-time operational support to instructors and internal staff during these live events, acting as a first point of contact for any technical or logistical queries. Furthermore, you will serve as a backup webinar support resource, ready to step in to prevent disruptions or delays, thereby maintaining the continuity and quality of the educational content. For specialized events like simulcast or satellite courses, you will conduct essential technical checks with clients to ensure all systems are aligned and functioning correctly before broadcast.
