- • Content Production Manager is a key role in Leaply, a company that builds an ecosystem of digital products to make healthy living possible on autopilot.
- • The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end content production, from brief to final material, in various formats and languages.
- • They will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop features that depend on content and contribute to their formation from the idea stage.
- • The role requires building systems, workflows, and quality standards that enable the team to transform ideas into a consistent content in scale.
- • The Content Production Manager will also be responsible for coordinating multiple content projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks under competing deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed of status and timelines.
- • They will define quality standards for content in Leaply and ensure that the bar is maintained across languages as the company scales.
- • The role requires using product data and A/B testing to determine what to create, what to abandon, and what to iterate.
- • The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in content production or content project management in consumer-product companies, a systematic approach to building or significantly improving comprehensive content production systems, and experience in coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
- • They will also have a proven track record of ownership, a high level of influence, and the ability to work with a cross-functional team.
