- • Support the creation of cross-platform content strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- • Own the research and development of Content Briefs and topic ideas for article production, identifying high-impact content opportunities based on market analysis and client goals.
- • Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to internal team members, including Growth Leads, content creators, designers, and executives, to ensure seamless content delivery.
- • Maintain and manage a comprehensive content marketing calendar that schedules all stages of content creation and delivery for each client, coordinating timelines and deliverables across teams.
- • Optimize copy for SEO by applying keyword research and best practices while maintaining engaging, informative, and brand-aligned tone and style.
- • Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to benchmark content performance and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- • Collaborate with the content and growth marketing team to produce web content and analyze its effectiveness over time using performance metrics and feedback loops.
- • Ensure all published content adheres to SEO standards, brand guidelines, and editorial quality benchmarks through meticulous review and revision processes.
- • Utilize HTML knowledge to assist with basic content formatting and technical adjustments during publishing workflows.

- • Operate within a fully remote, distributed team structure spanning North America, Latin America, and Europe, adapting to asynchronous communication and global time zones.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM field
- • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to create and publish engaging content that establishes or supports company and brand goals
- • Expertise in using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
- • Highly computer literate and knowledgeable of HTML
- • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
- • Strong technical knowledge of G Suite
