As this position directly supports U.S.-based clients, a commitment to working within U.S. business hours, specifically aligned with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone (9 AM - 5 PM EST), is essential.
• • The core of this position revolves around the meticulous execution and optimization of multi-platform content distribution. You will be instrumental in transforming raw, long-form, and short-form content into engaging, platform-native assets designed to maximize viewer engagement, build trust, and cultivate a strong sense of authority.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive content lifecycle, starting with the critical review of raw footage. You will possess the discerning ability to identify key moments that resonate emotionally, demonstrate authority, and hold viewer attention, pinpointing segments with high retention potential.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve editing this identified content with a sharp focus on the principles of attention economics and retention psychology. This means crafting compelling hooks, ensuring optimal pacing, and structuring content to captivate and retain viewers throughout their consumption journey.

You will take a single piece of long-form content and skillfully adapt it into multiple, engaging short-form formats tailored for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. This requires a deep understanding of how content performs differently across these varied environments.
