- • As a Content Strategist within OMG UK Limited’s Organic Performance department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing performance-driven content strategies for high-profile UK finance clients, directly contributing to measurable digital growth through SEO, GEO, and UX-focused initiatives.
- • You will serve as the day-to-day content lead for client accounts, translating strategic insights into actionable on-site content plans, managing content creation workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including brand content, paid search, influencer marketing, and external agencies to ensure cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- • Reporting to a Senior Content Strategist and supporting the wider Content Team, you will help define OMG UK’s evolving approach to digital content in the era of LLMs, advocating for data-informed, innovative strategies that bridge traditional SEO with emerging AI-driven search environments.
- • Your daily responsibilities will include conducting content audits, identifying keyword and topic opportunities, developing evidence-based content briefs, overseeing editorial production, and measuring performance using ROI and KPI frameworks to refine strategies and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
- • You will leverage proprietary SEO and content analytics tools to track performance, generate post-campaign insights, and present findings to internal and client stakeholders, ensuring continuous optimisation of content initiatives.
- • The role demands strong project management skills to juggle multiple workstreams, prioritise tasks across competing deadlines, and maintain alignment with client objectives while fostering proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- • You will benefit from deep immersion in a world-class media agency environment, gaining exposure to industry-leading practices in Decisions Science, Connected Performance, and Agile Innovation, while working with some of the UK’s most iconic brands.
- • This position offers significant professional growth in strategic content thinking, technical SEO/GEO understanding, stakeholder management, and performance measurement — equipping you to become a trusted advisor in digital content performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Some experience and interest in full end-to-end content strategy creation and execution, with a clear understanding of how content drives performance across digital channels.
- • Solid knowledge of SEO and GEO principles, including their application to on-site content optimisation and user experience.
- • Proven ability to identify content opportunities through data and audience insights, and develop evidence-based strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- • Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with a demonstrable capacity to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- • Confident and professional communication style when engaging with client stakeholders, internal teams, agency partners, and third parties.
- • Effective project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritise tasks, and deliver on time.
- • Competence in reporting on content performance, including ROI analysis and post-campaign evaluation, with familiarity in key metrics and KPIs that measure content success.
- • Proactive mindset in seeking innovative, practical ideas to enhance content strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- • Interest or understanding of organic social and influencer marketing is considered a bonus.
- • Experience with SEO and content marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, or similar) is advantageous.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Hybrid working model: three days in the office, two days remote, with flexible core hours (10:30–16:30) allowing you to tailor your schedule (e.g., 8:30–16:30 or 10:30–18:30) to suit your needs.
- • Access to industry-leading tools, proprietary analytics platforms, and a team of experts across SEO, content, and paid digital channels to support your work and professional development.
- • Opportunity to work on high-impact content strategies for some of the UK’s largest and most influential finance brands, with visibility across brand, paid, and influencer marketing teams.
- • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a culture that values difference and supports everyone to bring their authentic selves to work.
