- • The Content Strategist & Writer - Next Gen Infrastructure & AI role at SHI International Corp. is pivotal in shaping how complex technology solutions are communicated to drive brand authority and market differentiation. This position supports the Next Generation Infrastructure solution pillar by translating technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing content strategies aligned with business goals, creating full-funnel written content (blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, email campaigns, landing pages), collaborating on multimedia formats, utilizing AI tools for research and drafting, optimizing content for SEO and AEO, and ensuring consistent messaging across product, partner, and thought leadership initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
- • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or B2B/technical writing
- • Proven experience writing across multiple formats, including long-form and executive-level content
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex infrastructure and AI concepts effectively
- • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and subject matter experts
- • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Asana, WordPress, and SEMrush
