📋 Description
- • As a Content Strategy Director at PatientPoint, you will lead the development and execution of content strategies that drive measurable behavior change at the point of care, directly contributing to improved health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide by aligning content with product goals, audience insights, and enterprise value propositions.
- • You will develop and implement tailored content strategies for new product launches and strategic campaigns, conduct audience research using company insights to inform positioning, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, design, and editorial teams, serve as the primary content liaison for medical association partnerships, manage content planning and execution across behavior change priorities, oversee new vendor assessment and contracting, stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, establish measurement frameworks with analytics teams, conduct competitive analysis, serve as a subject matter expert in behavior change science and content methodology, and lead creative concept development and copywriting for campaigns across the product portfolio.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in health behavior change science, refine your ability to translate complex clinical insights into compelling patient-facing content, build leadership experience in cross-functional vendor and partnership management, and gain strategic influence in shaping how content drives real-world health outcomes at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy or content marketing, with a focus on consumer health content.
- • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
- • Strong research skills to analyze data and harness insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- • Proficiency in creating diverse content types and adapting messaging for different audiences and channels.
- • Excellent teamwork skills with experience working across departments to align content with product and marketing goals.
- • Ability to analyze content performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve strategies.
- • Experience and comfort with utilizing content management, creation, and AI emerging tools and technologies, and familiarity with applications of metadata to content libraries.
