  • • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Insider One’s partner ecosystem across MENA & India, from first handshake to multi-million-dollar revenue impact. You will identify, recruit, and activate the region’s most influential System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Full-Service Consultancies, Managed Service Providers, and ISVs—turning them into enthusiastic advocates who sell Insider One as their default customer-engagement platform.
  • • Build and execute a data-driven partner-selection framework that scores prospects on strategic fit, market reach, technical capability, and cultural alignment. Within your first 90 days you will deliver a prioritized target list of 25 tier-1 partners and a 12-month onboarding roadmap that ladders directly to ARR targets.
  • • Craft joint value propositions that resonate in boardrooms and on sales floors alike. You will co-author pitch decks, battle cards, ROI calculators, and success stories that clearly articulate how Insider One’s AI-powered CDP and omnichannel orchestration multiply a partner’s service revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • • Run quarterly business-planning sessions with each partner, setting measurable KPIs (pipeline, influenced revenue, certifications, co-marketing leads). You will monitor performance through Salesforce dashboards and Tableau reports, intervening early with enablement sprints or executive escalations when metrics slip.
  • • Enable both Insider One’s regional sales force and your partners’ teams through immersive workshops, certification tracks, and deal-shadowing. Expect to design and deliver at least six enablement events per quarter—virtual and on-site—ensuring every AE and SE can articulate the joint solution in under two minutes.
  • • Co-sell alongside partners in the region’s largest deals. You will quarterback multi-stakeholder pursuits involving CMOs, CIOs, and digital-transformation heads at Fortune 500 brands, orchestrating discovery sessions, proof-of-concept scopes, and commercial proposals that shorten sales cycles by 25–40 %.
  • • Collaborate with regional field marketing to launch co-branded campaigns, executive roundtables, and Insider One-sponsored trade shows (e.g., GITEX, Riyadh Tech). You will secure keynote slots, joint case-study panels, and targeted ABM programs that generate a predictable pipeline of MQLs for both parties.
  • • Serve as the voice of the partner back to Insider One’s product, engineering, and customer-success teams. You will funnel partner feedback into the roadmap, champion new integrations, and ensure that every release is accompanied by clear partner playbooks and technical documentation.
  • • Continuously refine the global partnership practice by contributing to quarterly OKR reviews, sharing win-loss analyses, and piloting new incentive structures. Your insights will shape playbooks used by 30 offices worldwide, amplifying your impact far beyond your immediate region.
  • • Champion Insider One’s social-impact ethos by engaging partners in CSR initiatives—AI training for teachers, women-in-tech bootcamps, and 100 Social Responsibility Projects—turning commercial alliances into forces for good across 30 countries.
