You will be a key player in enhancing brand authority and fostering growth by crafting clear, persuasive copy meticulously tailored to specific audiences and platforms. Your expertise will span the entire content lifecycle, from initial research and conceptualization through to the final polished delivery of long-form articles, impactful marketing copy, and essential supporting materials. A critical aspect of this role involves the ability to fluidly adapt your writing tone, style, and structure to align seamlessly with various brand guidelines and audience expectations, demonstrating a keen understanding of nuanced communication.

  • • Your core responsibilities are multifaceted, demanding a blend of creative flair and analytical rigor. The largest portion of your time, approximately 50%, will be dedicated to Content Creation & Copywriting. This involves crafting clear, engaging content across various formats, including but not limited to blog posts, in-depth articles, persuasive landing pages, targeted email campaigns, and compelling website copy. You will be tasked with developing detailed product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits, creating persuasive marketing copy designed to capture attention and drive action, and producing informative educational content that establishes thought leadership. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating dynamic social media copy and concise short-form content that consistently aligns with established brand voices. The creation of substantial long-form content, such as comprehensive guides, valuable resources, and compelling case studies, will also be a significant part of your output. A crucial element here is your ability to adapt your writing style and structural approach to effectively resonate with different target audiences and adhere to diverse brand aesthetics.
  • • Approximately 20% of your role will focus on Research & Content Planning. This entails conducting thorough research into topics, target audiences, and subject matter to ensure content is well-informed and relevant. You will actively identify new content opportunities by staying abreast of industry trends and understanding audience needs. Supporting editorial calendars and contributing to strategic content planning efforts will be vital. You will also conduct keyword and intent research to inform topic selection and content direction, ensuring all content produced is accurate, relevant, and robustly supported by evidence.
  • • Another 15% of your time will be dedicated to SEO Optimization & Performance Awareness. This involves optimizing all written content for search engine visibility and readability, ensuring keywords are incorporated naturally and strategically to enhance organic reach. You will be responsible for writing effective meta titles and descriptions, as well as structuring content with clear, hierarchical headings. When necessary, you will refresh existing content to improve its performance and search rankings. Maintaining alignment with current SEO best practices and established content standards will be paramount.
  • • The remaining 10% of your role will be focused on Editing, Proofreading & Quality Control. This includes meticulously editing and proofreading content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and stylistic consistency. You will ensure strict adherence to brand voice and style guidelines across all written materials. Fact-checking content and validating claims will be a critical step in maintaining credibility. You will efficiently apply feedback and revisions from stakeholders, and consistently maintain high editorial standards across all your deliverables.
  • • Finally, 5% of your role will involve Collaboration & Workflow Support. This means actively collaborating with marketing, design, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive content execution. You will be expected to manage multiple writing tasks and deadlines effectively, communicating your progress clearly and proactively flagging any potential risks or roadblocks. You will also contribute innovative ideas to enhance content quality and streamline existing processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-2+ years of professional content writing or copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and clarity.
  • • Excellent command of the English language, including impeccable grammar, appropriate tone, and coherent structure.
  • • Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style and voice across different brands and target audiences.
  • • Proven track record of meeting deadlines consistently, particularly within a remote work setting.
  • • Strong research skills and the ability to self-edit effectively to ensure high-quality output.
  • • Familiarity with word processing tools (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Word) and grammar/editing tools (e.g., Grammarly).
